The best remembrance is That's why you notice most supplications contain لا اله الا الله in it. But it's not a matter of how much you say it, it's a matter of how much you believe and live your life under its shade.
سورة الأَنْعَام is about the Aqeedah;- Affirming the Aqeedah in the hearts of the people. It's very straightforward regarding it. And it's an evidence against the disbelievers, because it tells you so simply and in detail who Allah is.
لا اله الا الله is mentioned in two positions in this Surah.
1) Verse 102:
"Such is Allah, your Lord! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Creator of all things. So worship Him (Alone), and He is the Wakil (Trustee, Disposer of affairs, Guardian, etc.) over all things."
If you look at the previous verse:
"He is the Originator of the heavens and the earth. How can He have children when He has no wife? He created all things and He is the All-Knower of everything."
After He negated a son or partner, and affirmed that He is the Creator and the All-Knower of everything and everyone, Allah mentioned this verse. The One who created everyone and who has perfect knowledge is Allah, Your Rabb.
"الله" = He is perfect in all aspects, and thus the One who is worthy of being worshipped.
No matter how much we talk about Allah, we can never estimate Him as He deserves. We can't even encompass the name الله. He is above and greater than what everyone thinks.
"ربكم"= Allah, the One who deserves all humiliation and love from you, is your Rabb. The One who is perfect and whom you should devote all your actions to is your Rabb. He is your Nurturer, and Reformer. He reforms the entire creation by bringing good and blessings to them and averting harm.
"لا اله الا هو" = There is no Ilah except Him. This is your Rabb, so why are you going somewhere else? And when Allah reforms us, He is teaching us He doesn't just reform our Dunya, He reforms our hereafter and our insides, by teaching us who He is. Allah nurtures us in this life in order that we will believe
How does He nurture us? Through Knowledge, Through the decrees and situations that you go through. But only the believer understands this. Any situation you go through, whether good or bad, whether it has to do with people or objects, is a nurturing from Allah. And He wants to teach you
E.g. A person might go through a sickness or a difficult situation and feels that there's no one she can run to, no one can help her, etc. Allah disabled all the people and means, because He wants to teach her لا اله الا لله. Don't attach yourself to anyone else.
"خالق كل شي"= Allah is your Nurturer. There is no Ilah except Him. He is the Creator of everything and everybody. He even created our actions. In [37:96]:
"While Allah has created you and what you make!"
Allah is the Creator of whatever happens. In life our test is This is the answer to your exam.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"الْإِيمَانُ بِضْعٌ وَسَبْعُونَ أَوْ بِضْعٌ وَسِتُّونَ شُعْبَةً فَأَفْضَلُهَا قَوْلُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّه..."
"Faith consists of seventy or sixty branches, the best of which is to declare there is no God but Allah...." [Bukhari]
The Scholars said that لا اله الا الله is the key to success, to happiness, is the reason behind Allah sending Messengers, books. The Dunya was created for The hereafter is created for Allah created you and created everything for Allah created Paradise and Hell for But only the believer understands this in life.
"فاعبدوه" = After you know the above, what should your action be? You should worship Him. Don't look at anyone else - because there's no Ilah except Him and He created everything. Just occupy yourself worshipping Him.
Allah said in [51:56]:
This is the purpose behind creation - so that we worship Allah. He created everything for
The first thing the Prophet ﷺ did in the conquest of Makkah was to break all the idols. This is what we need to do - and the biggest idol is our desires. In [45:23]:
"Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god), and Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember?"
We need to direct all our worship to Allah and seek His face by it. Just see and work for Allah.
"و هو على مل شيء وكيل" = Allah is the Guardian over everything and everyone. He is the One who will make it easy for you to worship Him. You just have to trust and rely on Him.
In [39:62]:
"Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the Wakil (Trustee, Disposer of affairs, Guardian, etc.) over all things."
Allah is in charge of everything in this life. He is in charge of your eating, sleeping, digestion, of you, of your family, of the birds, etc. No one else is in charge.
In [1:5]:
Allah created everything, disposes their affairs, takes care of them. Everything is under Allah. The organization of a company depends on the one in charge. Look at how perfectly this world runs. We can't worship Allah by ourselves. Allah is the One in charge of making us worship Him.
Allah is always in charge whether we hand our affairs to Him or not. But if you rely on Allah, and entrust Him your affairs out of your own choice, Allah will be sufficient for you. And He'll be for you more than you can imagine.
But we've deceived ourselves and feel self sufficient. We need to feel disabled before Allah. The more you negate all the means, the more your Tawakkul will be strengthened. And this doesn't mean don't take the means. Take it, but don't trust it or have your heart attached to it at all. You do everything on the outside, but your heart completely relies on Allah. This is why المتوكلين will enter Paradise without reckoning. You are broken before Allah, and completely completely rely and entrust your affairs to Allah - so you deserve to enter Paradise without punishment nor even reckoning. They didn't stand at anyone elses door or gate except Allah. And Tawakkul requires a lot of fighting and Taqwa inside the heart. It's so easy to rely on our power when we have it. Allah isn't testing you on your power, He is testing you on how much you rely on Him.
If you want to worship Allah, don't depend on your might and power and experience and intelligent. The moment you do, you'll fail. But the moment you rely on Allah, the work will become so easy.
