بِسْم الله الرحمن الرحيم
1) It is obligatory on the sick person to purify himself with water by performing Wudhoo, to remove his state of minor impurity, and Ghusl for major impurities.
2) If he is incapable of using water, either because he can't move, or water may harm or increase his sickness, he can perform Tayammum.
How can he perform Tayammum? By striking the earth or a wall which has some dust once with his hands, then wipe his face and then hands.
3) If he is incapable of performing Wudhoo or Tayammum himself, someone else should help and do it for him.
4) If he has a wound on one area (which is included in the places you have to wash for Wudhoo), he should make Whudhoo normally, leaving that area. After Wudhoo, make Tayammum for the area you didn't wash.
5) If he has a cast or a bandage, he should wipe over it when doing Wudhoo, and there's no need for Tayammum.
6) It is permissible to make Tayammum using the wall or ground, as long as there is some dust or dirt on it. If there isn't any, then you can use a piece of cloth which has dust or dirt on it.
7) You can pray several prayers with the same Tayammum, as long as it hasn't been nullified (just like Wudhoo).
8) The sick person should purify his body from all impurities. If he can't, he should pray in the state he's in. He shouldn't delay his prayer until he has recovered.
9) It is obligatory upon the sick person to pray while his garment is clean. If it happened that his clothes become impure, he should wash or change it. If he couldn't, he should pray in the state he's in. His prayer is correct and there's no need to repeat.
10) It is obligatory for the sick person to pray on something pure. The bed he's praying on should be clean. If he can't clean it, he can put another pure cloth on top of it. If he can't do that, he should pray in the state he's in. And there's no need to repeat his prayer.
11) It is not permissible for the sick person to delay his prayer from the stated time. If there is no one to help him, he should pray in the state he's in. The prayer won't be cancelled for him, even if there are impurities on his body, clothes, or bed.
12) It is permissible for the sick person to join prayers (I.e. Dhuhr + Asr), but not shorten
