بِسْم الله الرحمن الرحيم
No one can restrict Allah. There are no limitations to His names, attributes, or actions. There is no end to the application of the Qur'an.
And He is الموسع - The One who expands. What does he expand? The creation, our provision, our hearts, our minds, our understanding, etc.
The Impacts of believing in the Name of Allah الواسع / How do I worship Allah by His Name الواسع?
1) Love of Allah
2) Hope in Allah.
3) You'll be able to repel the whispers of the Shaytan.
4) It'll prevent you from despairing in the mercy of Allah
5) You'll rejoice with the Shari'ah of Allah
6) It'll affect your behaviour with the people.
You'll deal with people vastly because you want the reward from Allah. Don't give people one option. Don't have a "My way or the highway" attitude. Interact with people with an open, broad mind.
E.g. Making room for people in gatherings
In [58:11]:
The way you deal with people, you'll be dealt with. If you make room for people in gatherings, Allah will make room for you in this world, and He'll expand your grave when you die.
Don't make things hard and constricted from people. Be easy going. If you make it easy for the people, Allah will make it easy for you.
Sometimes you're late and you get afraid because you delayed your husband. And if you attach your heart to Allah الواسع, He'll expand the time, and make you arrive before.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
إنكم لن تسعو الناس بأموالكم ولكن يسعهم بسط الوجه وحسن الخلق
When you're in tension and make it difficult on people, your bad manners will not change the situation. But having a smiling face and good manners will make it easy on them. Allah is able to create a place for you and grant you vastness, because He is الواسع.
To conclude, two دعاء's whose meaning is vast and which have vast rewards:
1)
You're saying الحمد لله and سبحان الله the amount of all creation, the weight of all creation, the number of whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, the weight of whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, the number of what Allah's book counts, the weight of what Allah encompass in His book (and the word of Allah is unlimited - because it's an attribute of Allah), the number of everything, and the weight of everything.
That's how much you're saying الحمد لله and سبحان الله.
If you say this once a day, you'll get reward as if you remembered Allah the entire day.
And the more you remember Allah, the more you'll leave the fold of hypocrisy. Because Allah says that they don't remember Allah much.
