-> There is no Sunnah راتبة before صلاة الجمعة <-
Some people pray immediately after the Athan, although there's a short time between the Athan and the Iqamah.
At the time of the Prophet ﷺ there was only one Athan, after which the Prophet would give the sermon.
If you come very early, you can pray as much as you want, but this isn't considered راتبة.
It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever does ghusl then comes to Jumu’ah, and prays as much as Allaah decrees for him, then listens attentively until the khutbah is over, then prays with him (the imam), will be forgiven for (his sins) between that and the next Jumu’ah and three more days.” [Muslim]

صلاة الإستخارة
صلاة الاستخارة is a prayer ordained for when we are undecided, or if we've already decided a matter.
You have to say this دعاء with an attentive heart.
After you make the دعاء go ahead with what your heart has been broadened to do. If it's not good for you, Allah will prevent it from happening, and if it's written for you, Allah will make it easy for you.
Some mistakes people do:
1) Many people believe that this prayer should be followed by a dream. The Prophet ﷺ didn't tell us to go to sleep after you make إستخارة.
You should note that you may see a dream. And that's fine. But don't wait for one.
2) Many people ask others to pray on their behalf
There are mothers who perform it on behalf of their daughters who are getting married.No one should offer it on behalf of anyone else, because the Prophet said, "إذا هم أحدكم..."
3) Many people think it is only prescribed for great matters.
Jabir, who narrates the Hadith, said the Prophet ﷺ would teach them to make it for all their affairs, both minor and major. The companions would offer the prayer if they wanted to buy a pair of shoes. Know that you are worshipping Allah by this prayer, so consult Allah in every matter in your life.
If your heart wasn't opened for a matter then you can repeat the prayer twice or three times. If it still wasn't opened, then you may consult others and then take their opinion as the answer.
