المنيحة is lending something to someone temporarily without losing ownership of it. The best of it is to lend your goat to someone so that they can benefit from the milk. Just doing this action, hoping the reward from Allah, will cause you to enter Paradise.

If the community was filled with people lending items, it would strengthen the relationship between each other. This is a Sunnah.
